Who am I, and what am I doing here?
Hi, my name is Sue, and I have recently stumbled over this little gem of a site through the lovely Louise,
. I always enjoy her Friday Roundups; maybe you’ll do, too!Why don’t you head over and take a look? I’ll wait right here!
Okay, now that you’re back, what am I doing here? - To be honest, I’m not quite sure yet. I have a full-time job with little time on the side, but I have some plans. Mainly three. Firstly, sharing my travels along the yarn-y roads of knitting and crocheting - probably with pictures! Secondly, sharing the stories that float around my head - maybe with pictures? (There are plenty - it’s getting crowded in there!) And thirdly, going over things from my DnD and CoC games. (I might even sneak in some posts about my journey through language learning?) ← See what I mean by chaotic?
Anyway, I’m still figuring things out around Substack.
Schedules, paid posts and other things
I don’t have a schedule set up yet. It’s something I’m working on, though. There will be at least one post per week until I have nailed down how I want to do things. Initially, the posts will probably focus on yarns and my cat. And whatever is happening during that week that might be worth writing about.
All posts will remain free to read. Should that change - for whatever reason - I’ll let you guys know.
And the other things? - Just a small warning, English is not my first language. I feel fairly comfortable using it, but sometimes I write something that doesn’t make sense. I try to keep those moments to a minimum, but life has a way …
If you haven’t run away by now - let me officially welcome you to CreativelyChaotic - my little corner of the internet.
Aww, thank you so much for the kind mention - and it's great to see you here and find out a bit more about you
Hello, I am at a really similar point of experimenting with writing about crochet (and whatever else happens to be in my head) with lots of ideas and no real plan. It is really nice to find someone else on here who is at the same stage, especially another crafty person 😄
